Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return policy is applicable only for chocolate related products. Chocolate products related products may be returned if they are defective or damaged. The return or refund may be claimed within 7 days of the purchase of the chocolate product. The items must be unused and in the same packaging as received at the time of order.
  2. A invoice/receipt will be required for return of the product. Otherwise no return will be accepted by the company.
  3. All the refunds or returns will be made through online bank transfer after the confirmation of the inspection of the returned product.
  4. Perishable items such as fresh flowers cannot be claimed for refund or return.
  5. Vases, cards or any other decor item will not be claimed for refund. However they can be claimed for an exchange if not damaged by the customer
  6. Only regular price items may be refunded. There will not be any refund on sale items.
  7. Products can be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. You will need to bring the product or deliver the product to our shop address 68 Main Boulevard, Commercial Area, Sector H, DHA Phase 6
